Our very easy “no questions asked” 30 days return policy, allows you to return for any reason any order, and get your choice of a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Please note that custom orders or items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
All jewelry items need to have all of the original tags still attached and need to be in an unworn condition.
Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
